The Nourished Spine Retreat

What to Expect

Imagine spending four days surrounded by the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, giving your body the time and space to slow down, reconnect, and heal alongside a small group of women who truly understand what it’s like to live with scoliosis.

✳ Scoliosis Movement Integration

Dr. Meghan Teed leads daily Nourished Spine Flow sessions and each participant’s private Spinal Attunement session.

✳ Nervous System Work

Kerry Green, LCSW leads daily sessions addressing the fear patterns and hypervigilance that build up after years of managing scoliosis.

✳ Cedar Brush Farm

A private 42-acre mountain retreat in Brevard, NC, during peak fall color — with a lake, hiking trails, and chef-prepared dinners each evening.

✳ A Small, Private Group

Just six women per retreat, so there’s room for real one-on-one attention, meaningful conversation, and hands-on guidance.

Give your body the time and space it's never had — to slow down, reconnect, and heal.
The Difference

What Makes This Different

Most scoliosis treatment focuses entirely on the spine. What nobody talks about is what years of chronic pain, traumatic appointments, and learning to live carefully does to your nervous system: the hypervigilance, the fear of movement, the body scanning, the anxiety that builds up when your body has felt like the enemy for years. This retreat addresses both. I bring the physical rehab expertise. Kerry Green, LCSW, brings the nervous system work. Together, we’re offering the combination most women with scoliosis have never had access to in one place, and it’s the reason this retreat creates the kind of shifts that outlast the weekend.
