Forget the time and hassle of driving to see a scoliosis coach — if there even is one in your local area! Instead, enjoy virtual scoliosis coaching, customized exercise plans, and expert-level educational resources from the comfort of your home.
No matter which tier you choose, you’ll work with an experienced scoliosis coach in a secure, supportive environment. You’ll learn more about your individual spinal curve and get scoliosis exercises to help you improve your alignment and maintain better posture throughout the day.

If you’d like to complement those classes with 1:1 assessments, weekly live small-group coaching sessions, and a curve-specific at-home exercise plan, join The Scoliosis Strength Collective.
Prefer coaching on your own time without the set schedule of live events? Choose the Scoliosis Strength Self-Directed instead! You’ll get fitness videos (catered to your curve type), weekly exercise plans, and resources to help you understand your curve and better support it.

The answer depends on which tier you join.
Scoliologic Fitness Classes: Sign up anytime. You don’t need to provide an x-ray or book a discovery call (unless you want to). Your membership will renew monthly until you cancel.
Self-Paced Scoliosis Fitness Course: You can book a call first, but it’s not required. Once you purchase a 6-month membership, send in your x-ray for curve categorization (included) or book a 1:1 curve mapping session ($275). Then, you’ll get access to all your online course modules and exercise videos, along with details on how to attend the monthly Q&A session.
The Scoliosis Strength Collective: Start by scheduling a free discovery call to learn about the program and decide if it’s right for you. If so, you’ll sign up for a 6-month membership and schedule your initial 1:1 assessment. You’ll be placed in a small group with other members who have your curve type. From then on, you’ll get to attend the live weekly coaching sessions and fitness classes. You’ll also get access to all the online coaching materials and weekly scoliosis exercise modules. You’ll schedule 1:1 follow-up assessments at 3 and 6 months.

You can join Scoliologic Fitness Classes on a month-to-month basis. The Scoliosis Strength Self-Directed and The Scoliosis Strength Collective are both 6-month programs.
Weekly scoliosis exercise classes are 55 minutes long, as are small-group coaching sessions. A curve-mapping and movement assessment session (included with The Scoliosis Strength Collective) is 60 minutes, and follow-up 1:1 assessments are 30 minutes each.

By the end of a 6-month program, you’ll be able to independently hold your corrected posture, which means more mobility and less pain. This new way of holding and moving your body will be second nature — a habit integrated into your daily life!
