If you have a recent X-ray, email it to us and we’ll use it to place you in the correct program for your curve. If you don’t have an X-ray or would prefer a live virtual appointment, schedule a curve mapping session ($275).
Comprehensive Weekly Exercise Plans: Each week, you’ll get a brand-new scoliosis exercise module that includes a pre-recorded video workout you can follow in the comfort of your home. You’ll also receive a detailed list of exercises and movements to do throughout the week. Each weekly module is curated for your specific curve type and designed to help you elongate your spine, improve your alignment, and build the strength you need to hold yourself in a better posture.
Trustworthy Educational Materials: Want to learn more about your curve and how to care for it?
