  • Weekly live coaching calls (24 total) that are specific topic masterclasses coupled with live Q&A sessions. All calls are recorded and can be watched or rewatched at your convenience.   • The answer completely depends on your individual curve, goals, and comfort level. Dr. Meg will work with you personally to help you decide which other activities could complement the program well.

  • Yes! Dr. Meg will be able to determine the trajectory of your curve with a movement assessment, but X-rays offer more detailed information. She’ll use them to verify your curve type and place you in the correct coaching group.

  • The primary goal of The Scoliosis Strength Collective is to help you stabilize your curve so it doesn’t progress further. This approach also tends to reduce pain and improve mobility. Some Collective members have experienced curve improvement, but it is not guaranteed.

  • Scoliologic does not accept insurance, but the good news is that most of the time, The Collective is covered by HSA/FSA accounts! Payment is due at the time of enrollment, and we encourage you to check with your provider to confirm your coverage.

  • One of the reasons we start The Scoliosis Strength Collective with a 1:1 call is to make sure we can set expectations for the program. It takes time, thought, and consistent practice to hold your specific auto-corrections. Throughout this program, you’ll learn how to integrate your postural corrections into everyday activities (e.g., working at a desk, carrying a purse or backpack, loading the dishwasher, and preparing meals).

The Scoliosis Strength Collective was born from two things: my personal frustration with not getting the help I needed for my scoliosis and my deep desire to make sure others feel seen and understood—by someone who actually gets it.

If you’re here, chances are my story sounds a lot like yours.

I was diagnosed with scoliosis at 8 years old and told to wait and see if it got worse before I stopped growing. Great plan, right? 🙃 Since my curve wasn’t bad enough at the time, I was sent on my way without any real guidance.

Years later, I became a physical therapist, eager to help others with scoliosis, only to find that my graduate education covered the condition in… one measly hour. And even then, the approach was outdated—treating scoliosis like a simple side-to-side curve instead of the complex, 3D condition it truly is.

After practicing PT for three years, I was asked to be a case study for a woman training in Pilates for scoliosis. While I did learn a lot about my own spine, it was also incredibly frustrating being nitpicked on how I should sit, stand, and move by someone with a perfectly symmetrical spine.

That experience lit a fire in me. I knew there had to be a better way—one that helped people with scoliosis move, feel strong, and live pain-free without being treated like delicate, breakable robots.
