The Scoliosis Strength Collective: Coaching, fitness, support & community
Expert Curve & Movement Analysis: As a member of the collective, you’ll join a small, six-person group with people who have the same curve type as you. When you enroll, you’ll schedule a 55-minute curve and movement analysis session. During this virtual 1:1 session with Dr. Meg, she’ll analyze your curve and movement patterns to place you in the correct coaching group. You’ll also receive two follow-up 1:1 assessments (at 3 and 6 months), so you can see how much progress you’ve made.
Weekly Group Coaching Sessions: Join your curve group for a 55-minute live coaching and movement session each week. These meetings include a curve-specific workout plus time to chat about the upcoming week’s home exercise plan. Each session is recorded so you can stay on track even if you have to miss one.
Comprehensive Weekly Exercise Plans: Each week, you’ll get a brand-new coaching module that includes a pre-recorded video workout you can follow in the comfort of your home. Each weekly module is curated for your specific curve type and designed to help you elongate your spine, improve your alignment, and build the strength you need to hold yourself in a better posture.
1:1 & Community Support: As a member of The Collective, you’ll have unlimited access to Dr. Meg throughout the program — ask questions and get the support you need to see outstanding results. How does The Scoliosis Strength Collective Work?
Step 1: Discovery call
Start by scheduling a free 15-minute call with Dr. Meg. This is your chance to share your scoliosis story and goals and learn if The Scoliosis Strength Collective is a good fit for you.
Step 2: Curve & movement assessment
You’ll schedule a virtual 1:1 session with Dr. Meg so she can assess your curve and movement patterns. Then you’ll be added to the small group for your curve type. Each group is limited to just six people, so everyone has a personalized experience and an outstanding level of care.
Step 3: Weekly exercise modules
Each week, you’ll meet for a live movement and coaching session with your curve group. (If you have to miss a session, you can access a recording at your convenience.) You’ll also get a comprehensive scoliosis fitness module. Each module includes an exercise video plus a detailed plan for your exercises throughout the week.

You can join whenever you like — admission is on a rolling basis. If you’d like to join, schedule a free discovery call to talk about your goals and learn if this is the right program for you. If it is, you’ll join The Collective and start your six-month scheduled program. All group movement sessions include modifications for various skill levels.

The answer completely depends on your individual curve, goals, and comfort level. Dr. Meg will work with you personally to help you decide which other activities could complement the program well.

Yes! Dr. Meg will be able to determine the trajectory of your curve with a movement assessment, but X-rays offer more detailed information. She’ll use them to verify your curve type and place you in the correct coaching group.

The primary goal of The Scoliosis Strength Collective is to help you stabilize your curve so it doesn’t progress further. This approach also tends to reduce pain and improve mobility. Some Collective members have experienced curve improvement, but it is not guaranteed.

Scoliologic is an out-of-network provider, and payment is due at the time of service. We will give clients detailed receipts with all codes necessary for possible reimbursement. Most insurance companies will reimburse at some level once the deductible has been met, but it is essential that you reach out to your insurance company to learn the specifics of your benefit plan.

One of the reasons we start The Scoliosis Strength Collective with a 1:1 call is to make sure we can set expectations for the program. It takes time, thought, and consistent practice to hold your specific auto-corrections. Throughout this program, you’ll learn how to integrate your postural corrections into everyday activities (e.g., working at a desk, carrying a purse or backpack, loading the dishwasher, and preparing meals).
